"Not
my will, but Yours be done."
As he spoke powerfully
in the temple—
"Not
my will, but Yours be done."
As he cried out to God in the
garden—
"Not
my will, but Yours be done."
As he was arrested and
led to trial—
"Not
my will, but Yours be done."
As he was mocked,
beaten, and spat upon—
"Not
my will, but Yours be done."
As he was unjustly
convicted—
"Not my will, but Yours be done."
As he stumbled while carrying his own cross—
"Not my will, but Yours be done."
As he drew one last
painful breath—
"Not my will, but Yours be done."
Hebrews 10:10--"And by that will, we have been
made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
